Build Challenges

Members can compete in various challenges throughout the year. The challenge builds are put on display for the visiting public to vote upon. The winner receives a keeper trophy for their efforts.

You can try these challenges at home on your own, even if you aren’t a member. Let’s get building!

Challenge: Upscale a set by re-imagining the set as bigger, better, bolder!

Challenge: On no more than a 32 stud x 48 stud footprint, create a train scene with a theme.

#26: MILS Animal Habitat

Challenge: Returning to in-person shows allowed us a challenge to build an Animal Habitat using the Modular Integrated Landscaping System (MILS).
